What is Easy Read?
Easy Read uses:

- Images alongside each piece of text to help explain what is being said
- Large, clear text with no complicated fonts or italics
These forms are ideal if you prefer less text or a step-by-step format when writing your review.
Sending us your review
We know that writing envelopes or paying for postage can be a barrier.
That is why our printed Easy Read forms include a Freepost address—you can send them back at no cost to you.
