Excellent
We enjoyed the visit and the highlight was the cafe as everyone could sit around the table together as the cafe was very spacious. overall the shop was spacious and we could navigate it easily. However due to bad weather we did not access where the plants were. The toilets could fit a wheelchair and were clean. parking was OK, lots of room and close to the center but we went on a quite day.

Easy access due to a large ramp, the shop was easy to navigate overall apart from a few tight spaces. The cafe was spacious and easy to get to.

Parking was good as there was easy access but it would be best if it was tar-maced as there were pot holes filled with water.

The toilets had room for a wheelchair and have handles but there was no hoist or bed. The toilets were clean and modern.

The staff were friendly and listened to us and supported us with our communication needs.
Additional Information
We decided to to visit the plants as it was open to the elements and it was a bad day.
