According to their website they are accessible. There is a moderate step and two double doors into the restaurant. So need help from someone to help you up the step and opening the doors. Some tables on ground floor but toilets are downstairs.

When I asked about toilets he said they were downstairs and I would have to not drink a lot. Great joke. I went to Burger King at end of road to use their toilet instead.
