Despite booking directly with the hotel to confirm a twin room with a walk in shower, unfortunately this was not the case. When we arrived at reception we were told the disabled access room had a step up to the shower, and there was not one single hand rail in the bathroom. We were offered another room which has a shower over the bath. The room was also filthy! We will NEVER visit this hotel again. Its certainly not disabled friendly.
