Excellent
Owners very friendly and helpful. The kettle was the kind with a handle at the top. When it was mentioned that it was difficult for a wheelchair user to safely use they were straight round with a new kettle with a side handle.
Additional Information
A shower stool is provided. Improvement recommendations would be to maybe provide a shower chair for wheelchair users to use. And rails beside the toilet.
