Access to the front door was fine in a wheelchair but there is a small step into the building and only a temporary ramp available. You need to request this and it is placed at the back fire door. This is fine if someone can get in to ask for you! The chocolate, coffee and cake are delicious. The staff were very friendly and while it is a small space there is just enough room to get in and sit at a table downstairs in a wheelchair. There are several car parks close by with disabled parking and while the pavements in North Berwick are narrow they are navigable. The toilet wasn't used on this occasion but I noted I would have had to navigate a couple of doors to use it.
