Amina Carers Befriending Project

Amina Carers Befriending Project will allow carers from the Muslim and other minority communities to be linked with a befriender and take part in a wide range of activities which aim to alleviate isolation and promote social integration. The services we provide are individual befriending, group befriending and telephone befriending. We are planning a range of activities and outings from lunch clubs to walking groups and shopping trips for women to participate in. We aim to provide companionship and support to socially isolated Muslim and minority ethnic women in Glasgow and Dundee.
