disabledAccessText

Our farm, located in Beoley, Worcestershire is nestled in a picturesque rural location, which encompasses a variety of terrains, including a few slopes and uneven surfaces on our exterior paddock walk. It's important to note that while there are areas with slopes and unevenness, the majority of the farm park is situated on even surfaces, providing a comfortable and accessible environment for our visitors. Within our indoor facilities, you'll find a combination of polished and standard concrete surfaces, while our outdoor areas feature a mix of tarmac, concrete, rolled Cotswolds stone, and grass. For enhanced safety, our outdoor play facilities are covered with a rubber chipping surface. If at any point during your visit you require assistance, please contact our office on 01527 66191 or seek a member of our team, who will be more than happy to assist you. We prioritize accessibility and inclusivity for all our visitors. If you require wheelchair assistance, we offer wheelchair hire services. Simply inquire about availability at our ticket office or reach out to our office team on 01527 66191. To support individuals with neurodiverse needs, we have implemented Makaton signs around our animal pens and paddocks to help communication and provide information about the animals the visitor is interacting with. Additionally, each animal sign is also equipped with a QR code that can be scanned with your device, enabling you to access further audio and written details about the specific animal. We welcome Assistance dog throughout all our farm. If you require water for your dog please ask a member of the team.
