Banquet Records

I have been to Banquet in the past to shop but went recently for an in store performance and meet & greet. The staff were really helpful and accommodating for myself, my friend and others in the queue who had accessibility needs. We were offered priority entrance, seating and were first to meet the band and be able to buy merch. While others had to queue up outside between the performance and the M&G, we were allowed to remain inside for ease of access. I’ve been to other events hosted by Banquet Records at other Kingston venues and not had a bad experience yet, though this was my first with a mobility aid. They made it so easy and I felt very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend them for shopping and events.
