The Westfield shopping centre is accessible for people in wheelchairs with floor-level entry and lifts. The Beauty Base store is located on the lower ground floor has open doors, no raised platforms. Manual wheelchairs and motorised scooters are also available to hire from the Westfield centre. You'll need a valid ID, you'll be asked to fill out a hire agreement form and you'll need to leave a £10 refundable deposit. Hiring can be done from the lower ground floor in the lift lobby. The best place for shopmobility users to park is Car Park C, close to the central lift lobby area. Guest Services are also happy to assist visually-impaired customers during their visit. Staff can accompany you to Beauty Base and leave you in the capable hands of a customer assistant at the store before picking you up from there once you've finished shopping.
