The staff were very friendly, but the venue’s accessibility wasn’t ideal. There is an accessible entrance (though quite tight due to stairs leading down immediately in front), so don’t be put off by the big step at the main entrance. However, I was informed before entering that there are no accessible toilets. This wasn’t an issue for me as I knew there were accessible toilets nearby, but it’s worth keeping in mind, especially for a food venue. If you enter through the back, there are some seating options, but there are steps leading down to the front section of the restaurant which is not accessible for wheelchair or powerchair users. The atmosphere and food were lovely.
