Spent 2 hours being directed by staff to hoisted Wc facilities around complex for management to finally accept they don’t have any despite staff believing they did. Both ‘hoisted’ cubicles closed but neither had bench so not sure what hoist was for. Member of management said 1st time in 11years been asked for a sling hoisted Wc. All security staff very polite but only able to keep sending us to wrong facilities. Signage very small font and misleading ad no signage identifying hoisted Wc. Electronic search option only stated disabled Wcs. Staff not actually aware what a sling hoisted Wc was until we showed them images from changing places. Finally after being there for 2hrs we had to leave and use changing places Wc located at Docklands museum. Manager of which very helpful and added this is constant for wheelchair users leaving Canary Wharf.
