Cannonball House is fully accessible with a passenger lift inside the entrance from the courtyard, accessing all floors including the bar, restaurant and private dining room. All accessible features are located on the upper ground level floor.

Throughout the year, vehicle drop off is available (except for during the month of August due to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo - requests for disabled access during this time should be directed to the Tattoo). Metered parking is available on Johnston Terrace and via the Castle Terrace carpark.
