Access to the property front entrance is via a ramp which is suitable for wheelchair users. There are 24 apartments in the part of the building directly adjoining the Royal Mile, all of which are accessible via lift from the main lobby. Of these 24 apartments, two Deluxe Open Plan apartments are accessible - one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The bathrooms have grab rails and red assistance cords.
