Freedom For A Few Nights

This fully accessible accommodation sleeps 6 people and is run by Spinal Injuries Scotland. It is fantastic for wheelchair users.

Superb for wheelchair users

Fully accessible living accommodation and accessible garden with patio area and raised beds, specifically designed for wheelchair users. The open plan kitchen/living area has patio doors leading to the garden. There are three bedrooms, two of which are wheelchair accessible, sleeping up to 6 people. One bedroom has a ceiling tracking hoist, and a height adjustable single profiling bed with air mattress. The other single bed has head and leg raisers. The ensuite wetroom is equipped with 2 different types of shower chair. The sink is height adjustable. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and oven. There is a height adjustable hob, workspace and sink. There are 2 parking spaces at the door.

There is level access to the main entrance. The main entrance to Clober Farm is by the automatic door. The ground is level and the door is 860mm wide. It has a small weather bar of 300mm. The main door can be operated by an automatic press pad. There is level access throughout with underfloor heating.

The car park is immediately in front of the main door of Clober Farm. Private accessible parking is available in front of the main door of Clober Farm, there is space for two vehicles & parking is free. The surface of the parking spaces consists of monoblock and paving slabs.

Toilets features at Clober Farm

The three piece bathroom can be accessed from the hall. The door opening is 870mm wide. There is an over bath shower with the shower cord located on the left hand side of the bathroom door. Toilet with left-hand transfer and 1000mm space in front, a height-adjustable sink with a lever tap from 650mm to 860mm from the floor. There are horizontal and vertical grab rails at the WC. There is a large wet room that can be accessed from the Master bedroom. Shower / commode chairs are provided. Toilet with right-hand transfer has 1150mm space in front and 1500mm space to the right. The height-adjustable wash hand basin with a lever tap can move between 700mm and 860mm from the floor. There are horizontal and vertical grab rails at the WC.
