Such a good shop but staff let it down
Unfortunately the staff are rather rude and not accomodating as much as they appear to be. I have also noted that the owner is rather military regarding poor reviews. Unfortunately any criticism is seen as a direct attack and feedback if often ignored.
The shop is small but usually quiet so ideal for those with sensory issues. The space inside the building does make using a wheelchair difficult. The counter is high which can be difficult if you are in a chair. The menu is written on chalk board so provides high contrast for those who are visually impaired.
Breastfeeding is frowned upon and staff can be rather forceful with removing customers they seem undesirable. There is a time limit on eating and consuming food normally limited to half an hour to an hour. Although understandable it can be daunting to many people.
The co-owner Heather is usually really nice but can become venomous if challenged on bad policies.
