Accessible venue

We frequently visit this venue and have always had easy access Friendly helpful staff The Ritz cinema which is part of this complex take a little longer to access as it is in the old part of the building and 2 separate lift are required The Ritz is being refurbished at the moment

Great theatre with accessible facilities, shame about the staff

Really accessible, easy to get about, nice accessible toilets but the staff weren't at all helpful or friendly when we were there.
