Costa Coffee

Great if empty but terrible if you go when it's busy. Tables are cramped and low. Disabled loo is terrible when it's working. Staff are nice mostly

As we arrived a member of staff help move all the chairs to get all our wheelchairs in then we went to order when it came to ordering at the till the staff didn't really know how to communicate with us it seemed like they saw the wheelchair and panicked. when it came to queuing there was a large post to separate the new costumers coming in and the queuing line, this effected the access around the coffee shop.

Accessibility was great and staff were very helpful. There were lots of choices of drinks and cake. I had a malteaser cake which was ok. The tables were close together which made it difficult to get around.
