Dementia Adventure has a successful track record in designing and delivering small group short breaks and holidays for people living with dementia and their carers to enjoy together. The places on these holidays are limited, so please call us so that we can go through an assessment about your suitability to take part as soon as possible. We design bespoke, supported, adventure holidays for families and groups, which can be designed around the level of support you need, from putting in extra support to making sure that all transport, accommodation, and activities are accessible for you.
