East Park Respite Service

We provide a safe, stimulating and homely environment in order to support families to sustain their role as carers by enabling parents, carers and young people to have quality time apart as well as together. Trained staff meet the individually assessed needs of the young people via a negotiated and agreed person centred care support plan. Outings and activities are arranged for visiting young people based on their expressed preferences. Young people have access to an outside play area, hydrotherapy pool, multi sensory room and soft play equipment.
