Very, very poor for anyone with limited mobility who needs to sit down
The staff were lovely but the store itself is rubbish. My dad walks with a stick, very slowly because of a lung condition and can't stand for any length of time. In the store (which we had to use as he has a contract with EE) there were low, backless stools to sit on (he can't get down that far) or high 'breakfast bar' stools at bars. Absolutely nothing for anyone who just needs a standard hight chair (ideally with arms, but he could have managed without that at a pinch). Sorting out a phone is a long process, so he had to lean against one of the high stools for half an hour, clearly uncomfortable but with no other option.
It took him the rest of the day to recover.
Only go to EE if you are a bright young thing who is fit and healthy: they clearly don't care in the least about older customers or anyone with limited mobility.
