Good venue, friendly staff

Access inside is good and the staff were super helpful. Only one room has level access (with a removable ramp) but everything in it was within reach while seated. The rooms, lockers, and path to the toilets are all in low light levels which may cause difficulties for some. There is an accessible toilets and it's fine. Overall had a great time and didn't feel left out or like I was having less fun!

- Our premises operates over 3 floors with a disabled toilet on the ground floor. - Our wheelchair access room is called Tortuga Pirates. - You can call us to arrange a visit before booking so you can attend in order to make sure your wheelchair would be suitable for the rooms. - Similarly, if you have any other concerns, we can arrange for this to happen through all our rooms. - We have Nosferatu on the ground floor level however there are many narrow parts of this game. - The Asylum is set in our basement while Alcatraz, Machina, and Jungala are on the 1st floor without elevator access. - The entrance has a ramp to allow you access to the front door. - There is outside decking however the concert is cobblestone.
