A nice place for lunch, with stunning scenery.

The flat rock bistro is part of Gwbert Hotel, this hotel nestles on the West Coast of Wales, with views over looking Poppit Sands and the Teifi Estuary. The hotel and bistro do have disabled access via a ramp, but the carpet inside is quite hard to push on. The door into bar area is very tight for a powered wheelchair and the disabled toilet isn’t that spacious. There’s no dedicated disabled parking bays and the car park is quite tight to get around, if you have a large car. However the lite bites lunch menu has a good range, they cater for all sorts of dietary requirements and the staff were helpful and friendly.
