Give Us A Break

Give Us a Break provides accommodation, activities and meals. All of our breaks are designed to help young people realise their full potential and to build confidence and self esteem. The challenges involved in the programme encourage the youngsters to work together to problem solve and participants are encouraged to move a little outside their comfort zone, to push themselves and realise the true extent of their abilities. At each Youth hostel location we work in partnership with experienced and qualified outdoor activity providers who offer expertise and instruction.
