Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

We had stayed here before and despite requesting an accessible room had been given one with a bath (albeit with emergency alarm cords), so when we mentioned that in feedback, they told us they do have rooms with wetroom-style bathrooms. Armed with this knowledge, when this time we were again given a room with a bath, we went back to reception and asked for another room. The staff sorted it out and we got a room with a wetroom bathroom with plenty of grab rails! The main restaurant has rather slow service but Mr Todiwala's has fast service, delicious food and great staff.
