97 reviewsHomelands Trust-Fife SCIO (SC047615) is an independent Scottish charity, set up in 1998 to carry out the wishes of Miss Isobel Paxton of Lundin Links. She bequeathed her estate, “Homelands”, to charity to establish and maintain a facility to enable people affected by a range of disabling conditions to have a holiday or a break from living daily with a disability, long-term condition or life-limiting illness. There are nine self-catering lodges set in the peaceful grounds of Homelands, and with magnificent views over Lundin Golf Course across the Firth of Forth to the Lothians. There is also a drop-in community centre, called the Paxton Centre. It has five therapy/ general purpose rooms, a kitchen area, open plan reception, disabled toilet facilities, and a handyman’s/ gardener’s storage area.
