iCare

iCARE is a respite service for children with complex care needs and currently provides respite for approximately 80 families. Care is delivered primarily within the family home, however the service is also involved in supporting children in accessing facilities within the community. Referral to the service is followed up by assessment where a decision will be made on whether the service is able to provide a care package
