When approaching the store there is no direct wheelchair access outside. There is a step go to the opening of the shop however there is ramp access slightly further down Buchanan Street to the left.
When entering the store the music is very loud. The actual store is local at lower level and this can be accessed by either an escalator or a lift. The lift is quite narrow and is quiet unkempt.
In the shopping area the music is a lot quieter. There are some narrow and wide pathways between gondola. The footwear are is spacious and easy to navigate.
The initial changing rooms we entered were narrow and also locked however after asking a member of staff they showed up where the disabled fitting rooms were. They are available but no well signposted, they also require to be opened by a member of staff.
