Fantastic hotel, fantastic room, fantastic entrance

A luxury 5* hotel Amazing location-you can walk to Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Chinatown, museums Best entrance I’ve ever seen (see video of marble steps turning into a lift Harry Potter style) Public spaces crazy (marble etc) Rooms are often small I think, but ours was huge, maybe because it was accessible. Bathrooms wonderful. Breakfast perfect . Corridors incredibly long and wide

Beautiful afternoon tea, for a recently refurbished 5 star hotel access could have been more thoughtful

Luxury five star hotel on Russell Square. This review is for afternoon tea at the Palm Court.
