Langstone Quays Resort

We went here for a friend's wedding. Firstly no hot water, only tepid. No shower chair in the shower. Asked for one. Got given a plastic chair with no arms. Pointed out I couldn't use it. Got given a metal garden chair. Not a great start. Then ordered bottle of wine at dinner. Given the cheaper one, yet charged for the expensive one. Thankfully my husband noticed. Missed the wedding ceremony the following day as the ceremony was upstairs and lift broken. 45 minutes after ceremony started, they sorted lift. Too late to go up without disrupting ceremony. Lovely photographer and his wife set up a Whatsapp video link for me so I could watch it. When we eventually got upstairs, the bar came off the wall in the disabled toilet. Very unsafe No hot water all weekend. Felt like it was very much a place for able-bodied people and missed the whole point of coming there
