Levels Café and Lounge

Easy access to entrance and buton to open door. Busy studenty cafe, a sea of laptops greeting you as you proceed to food counter. Was very spacious for powerchair despite busy lunch crowd.. Staff friendly and helpful, even offering to bring my tray over to my table. As I was using the Neatebox Welcome app the Manageress came.over and introduced herself and said if anything I needd: just ask. Table we had to sit at was a bit low but food and house white were both delicious. Great venue for a wee spot of lunch if you like the the studenty atmosphere. Will go again when in Edinburgh.

We visited Levels using the Welcome App it was a very busy lunchtime as it is near the University. However Tracey, the manager, knew we were coming and that we would need help with our tray. She came to the table and took our order and then brought it over for us so that I only had to go to the nearest till to pay. We were meeting a friend in a power chair and had enough room to include this in the comfy seat sitting area. The soup was absolutely delicious as was the bread and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
