    Staff are wonderful

We visited the cafe and toilets and attended a North East Autism Society science group. The staff were friendly and welcoming and remembered my son's particular tastes ensuring that his experience was stressfree. Staff are always interested in what he has to say and actually listen rather than just playing lip service like other venues. Can't wait for the ice skating to be back!

Everyone should visit this fantastic venue

I visited with a group of deaf children and their families. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and went out of their way to help us feel welcome and to make everything accessible. Something of interest for all ages and interests and we all had a brilliant day. Thanks to all involved

Fab day out for the family with additional needs

From start to finish there was fun and information around every corner. Something for everyone. Almost fell asleep in the ‘under the stars’ show as was so relaxed in the reclining seats! Very atmospheric
