This service is designed to help people who have became lonely due to a mental health problem. The project supports adults and young people in the East Fife area who are already known to a Statutory Worker but who will benefit from additional supportto use ordinary social and community resources and activities.Potential Benefits of LINK are: companionship, increased self esteem and confidence, increased social opportunities, more structure to their week, extra emotional support when trying new things which could be potentially stressful.
