Bad
My husband and I traveled through lime street via the underground on our way to Chester. My husband has walking difficulties and needs support, we’ve used the station on a few occasions but on 20/7 and return journey 23/721 it was quite a different story.. the lift was out of order! We had to negotiate escalators and steep stone steps and carry a suitcase. At no time was we offered help from the staff, it was obvious my husband has a disability and needed help, it left us both traumatised and stressed. Surely by law there should have been disabled access? We can’t be the only ones this has affected? What should have been the start and end to our journey it has left us both very upset and stressed.
