Unsuitable disabled access
They used to provide me and my husband high stools by the wheelchair access area which was perfect as it was also quick access to the toilet. Now they have put the disabled access area up on a balcony, you have to climb a flight of metal steps, you are seated on equipment boxes in a penned area, to go the toilet you have to go down the stairs, squeeze through the crowd on a wet floor wait to be taken to the toilet in the lift. Not suitable at all, when asked why they can't provide stools anymore they cant give a good enough explanation, I am still waiting for them to provide me with their rules and regulations that state why I use two walking sticks and need toilet access. After years of being catered for in a safe and effective manner I now can't attend the yearly gig where we meet friends from Carlisle, Scotland and Wales yearly. The staff are friendly and even they question thus. As for the management they are unconcerned and very unwilling and unhelpful. I have a disabled access card which the venue are part of this scheme but don't honour it!
