Huge Shopping Centre that will take all day!

The Metro Centre is huge. If you don’t have a scooter or wheelchair and need one to explore you can hire one for the day. The centre has many stores, some that you would expect and some that I hadn’t seen before. There are even a few outlets. There are many restaurants and cafes for all tastes, you really can lose the day in there. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. There are accessible toilets in many areas and even some shops and everything is level access. There car park has many accessible spaces too. Enjoy your visit!

Mega Metro-Centre

The shopping centre is massive and there is plenty of space. Staff are scattered all over the place to help people - they are very helpful.

Mega Metro-Centre

There was plenty of space for wheelchair users. There were maps scattered all over the shopping centre to find your way around. There was a lot of staff around to help people.

Toilets features at Metrocentre

Changing Places toilet. Changing Bench, height adjustable, free standing, adult sized. Hoist, ceiling track. Toilet, peninsular toilet (Clos o Mat Lima lift) The toilet is operated on a free of charge membership scheme from the Red Mall Customer Services desk. The toilet also has a camera controlled entrance, where the membership number is required for entrance.
