We are a Fitness, Beauty and Well-being Studio in Kirkcaldy, Fife. The Studio specialises in Pilates, Yoga, fitness classes and beauty treatments. The building is all in one floor with no steps or stairs. We have a disabled toilet and accessible rooms. Our team is small and friendly, we are always on hand to help anyone in need.

Our building is wheelchair friendly - all on one floor with no steps to access or stairs anywhere. We don't have a push pad for access but our reception staff are always on hand to help with doors, etc. The disabled toilet is located next to the reception area.

We have two car parks with one situated at the front of the building. This car park has two disabled spaces by the main door.

Toilets features at Mind & Body Studio

Our disabled toilet is located next to reception. It's a spacious toilet with grab rails and a pull cord in case of emergencies. It has a low sink, hand dryer, paper towels, mirror, baby changing facilities with nappies, sanitary products (plus a sanitary bin).
