Novotel Edinburgh Centre

The Novotel is a fairly modern hotel in Lauriston Place. It has nine accessible bedrooms. Five have roll in showers and the other four have baths.

The hotel is located in Lauriston Place which is well served by local bus services. It’s a short walk to both Lothian Road and the Grassmarket.

This hotel, in the heart of the city has excellent wheelchair access to all public areas. The rooms are a reasonable size with enough room to get a powered chair round but not much more. The ensuite bathrooms are a good size with level shower cubicle. Some rooms have a bath. The bar/lounge area is up a few steps but there is a ramp adjacent to them that gives you access to all the bar area. The restaurant if fully accessible. There is a lift that takes you to down to the swimming pool area that has an accessible changing area.
