Far too wet a wet room
We were looking forward to staying at the pentahotel for the night; the reception and bar are fabulous, the staff made us feel extremely welcome and the accessible room seemed lovely; but sadly the accessible wetroom bathroom didn't measure up to the promises - it flooded!!
Twice we used the shower and twice it didn't drain and the entire bathroom stayed wet for an hour. Twice we told reception and twice they said they knew there were drain issues. Twice we had to use towels to move the water and dry the floor so we could use the toilet without getting wet feet.
Even when we checked out they didn't seem that bothered and although they said someone would look at it I got the distinct impression that wouldn't happen. Shame because it's a great place but I didn't want a paddle in a lake.
