Staff are trained to provide assistance to disabled people when entering all buildings. Ramped and railed access to Holiday park reception and to some of the rented accommodation. Some holiday properties are adapted with wide doors, showers etc We do not offer 24 hour service but a member of staff is on hand almost at all times for emergencies only. Staff are fully trained on the use of fire extinguishers and evacuation procedures, and a list of physically impaired guests is kept on record so that staff can give extra assistance when evacuating. Guide dogs are welcome, as long as they are kept on a lead. Reasonable adjustments are made where appropriate and possible, by way of sensitive and creative solutions that address barriers to access.
