    Alarm in toilet

    The men's accessible toilet within the main facility (located between The Sanctuary and the main entrance hall) had its emergency alarm cut off right near the ceiling. The only way to call for help was the push button next to the door. This button would not be within reach for someone who had fallen or could not get off the toilet.
