Guaranteed 100% Vegan
To begin with, the sign board said Guaranteed 100% Vegan, it immediately raised my curiosity and I was welcomed in, the owner having noticed my symbol cane and asked if I required guidance to a table or if I had a preference where to sit, he explained there was an access available toilet at the rear of the cafe. I was asked if I had sampled Vegan produce before, would I like an explanation of the menu content and the ingredients. I am pleased I had said yes, not knowingly having had vegan foods before.
Not only was the Carrot cake the coffee and the oat milk fantastic but it was a whole new taste bud experience. The owner was training a new employee and the care, diligence, attention to detail and emphasis on customer service as well as the products was lovely and reassuring to hear.
Afterwards I could strongly sense that the owner practiced what he preached and I said I would return very soon.
