We are a sports centre based in Sheen, we have a range of faciltities from a fully functional fitness suite, group exercise studio, spin studio, astro turf and sport hall. We have a range of junior and adult courses as well as parties.

The fitnes suite entrance has electronic opening doors, with ramp and the isles are all accesible for wheelchairs and all one level The Sports Hall has ramp access and all one level.
