Specsavers

Staff are very nice, but was there for nearly 3.5 hours because of my own appointment and my daughter’s appointment. So I asked to use the toilet, but was told no toilet available to public anymore. I was told the nearest public toilets was in the council car park approximately 300 yards away. My carer took me round there and it had 3 steps up to it so was inaccessible to wheelchair users. 😢
