Tesco Extra

The accessible toilet at this Tesco was absolutely awful. Upon entering, the transfer space next to the toilet was obstructed by heavy bins which I struggled to move. It was then evident that the toilet did not have a toilet seat. Nothing there at all. To top this off, using grab rails and all of my upper strength to hover over the toilet, I noticed that the red emergency pull cord was cut in half; if I had fallen I would not have been able to get help at all. Disgusted.
