The Waterfront Hotel, Spa and Golf has so many facilities that have been carefully crafted for you to spend your time in pure luxury. Super comfy bedrooms, a fabulous spa, challenging golf, and seriously wonderful food...you certainly deserve to indulge in this! We are nestled in 380 acres of beautiful scenery with multiple lakes to gaze and daydream over. We are located just off the A1 and easily reachable from St Neots train station. Y Spa is in the Waterfront Hotel, with beautiful spa thermal facilities, stunning treatments and therapies, and areas just to simply enjoy a moment to yourself. Trust us — your work emails can wait. Take five minutes and maybe a little more... All our food is home cooked, locally sourced (wherever possible), and produced by people who love food. We serve dishes that make you feel good, from comfort food to healthy options and the odd indulgence of course!

Accessible Spa Experience

Just been to this spa for the second time and it was just as good. I am a wheelchair user and do not walk at all. The spa is totally accessible and the staff are amazing. There is a hoist into the thermal spa and the staff support you to use this. The treatment rooms are all accessible and the staff will do all they can to assist you. There is no hoist onto the treatment beds so you do need to be able to transfer. The only criticism I would have is they need a wider bed and portable hoist onto the treatment beds. Having said that it will not stop me going again in September. They made one of the treatment rooms accessible to us which included an accessible toilet and shower even though we were only day visitors. Well done Yspa wish others would take your lead.

We have large disabled bays at the front of the Hotel with ramps to access the reception area and the hotel rooms. We have various hotel rooms available on the ground floor with wet rooms, rails and other amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our restaurant also has automatic doors, ramps and easy access to the different areas of the restaurant, as well as the outdoor area. The Spa is really where we shine. We will make sure one of our spa angels is nearby during your whole day in case you need assistance with anything. We have ramps to access the outdoor area and a hoist if you wish to use our pool. We have treatment rooms downstairs so you can enjoy a wonderful treatment on our electronic lowering beds.
