Entrance: The front door of the building has some steps but also ramps for step-free access. The back doors of the building have step-free access. There are buttons to press which enable doors to open automatically. Inside the building: The Tower Foyer Gallery is on the ground floor. The Lamb Gallery is on the first floor of the building, accessible by either stairs or lifts. There are three lifts, two of which are wheelchair-accessible. For those using the stairs, all doors have push buttons to enable them to open automatically. Displays: We try to ensure that all text is provided in a large size for readability. Some display cases may be difficult to see into for someone in a low wheelchair.

There are a small number of spaces directly in front of the entrance to the Tower for disabled parking but they are not designated specifically for visitors to the galleries so we cannot guarantee availability.

There is a single accessible toilet right next to the Tower Foyer Gallery by the front entrance to the building. It has a wide door, easy-turn handles and a grab rail for support.
