Vitalise

Vitalise is a national charity providing breaks for people with physical disabilities, visually impaired people, and carers.  Vitalise's accessible UK centres provide 24-hour care on-call and personal support in a relaxed, holiday environment. The centres’ experienced staff can cater for over 150 different disabilities and, in addition to specialist nursing care, volunteers provide companionship and support. Vitalise also run breaks especially for guest with Alzheimer's & other forms of dementia.
