The award-winning West Midland Safari Park has 1700 magical animal encounters and four miles of safari, home to Indian Rhino; Cheetah; Lions; Tigers; Giraffe and Elephants to name a few. As this is a self-drive safari in your own vehicle you even get the chance to feed some of the animals and, you can drive through as many times as you wish! Alternatively, if you prefer to be driven, then you are able to book a guided minibus tour for an extra charge. There’s also a Discovery Trail showcasing Penguin Cove, Sea Lion Shows, Twilight Cave, Seaquarium, Reptile House, Creepy Crawlies and friendly animal encounters galore. The African Village is situated by the lakeside and is where “Meerkat Mayhem” and “Walking with Lemurs” can be found. Whilst the Adventure Theme Park and Tiny Tots Theme Park have a host of fun rides and attractions to suit all members of the family (extra charge). More info: www.wmsp.co.uk

Guests arriving in their own vehicle can pay at one of the pay kiosks without having to leave their car. All food and drink outlets are accessible by wheelchair. A small number of wheelchairs (self-propelling using arms) are available on free loan and can be reserved in advance. Please give us as much notice as possible. All toilets have wheelchair accessible unisex toilet provisions. The site is accessible to prams, wheelchairs and mobility scooters. It is a mixture of surfaces including grass, bark, concrete and tarmac. Steps edges are highlighted throughout the Park.
