Imperial Room has no wheelchair access
I called Betty’s today to confirm my booking for this Saturday - on my online booking I mentioned that there is a wheelchair user in the party. Their system does not flag this to the tearoom and there is nothing in the online booking to say that the Imperial Room is up a flight of stairs with no lift access. They can accommodate wheelchair in the cafe area downstairs but we particularly wanted to experience the Imperial room - fortunately I called them otherwise we would have been disappointed. I have contacted the customer service to express the concern and they are looking to make it clearer on their booking system but I wanted you to be aware
